高温导热油泵?常州市武研热油泵有限公司?第三.导热油泵叶轮的平衡性。高温导热油泵叶轮在装配前必须要有足够长时间的时效反应阶段，等导热油泵叶轮的时效反应期过后才能够对叶轮进行精加工，加工完毕后必须对导热油泵叶轮做静平衡和动平衡测试合格后才能装配导热油泵。静平衡或动平衡不合格会造成导热油泵运转后噪音大、振动大、轴承及密封容易损坏的问题。Third. Balance of heat pump impeller. Heat conducting oil pump impeller in the assembly must have enough long time aging reaction stage, after the heat conducting oil pump impeller aging reaction period to precision machining of impeller, after processing must be static balance and dynamic balance test qualified to assembly heat pump of heat conducting oil pump impeller (my company has special dynamic balancing machine). Static or dynamic balance failure will cause the heat pump operation after the noise, vibration, bearing and seal easily damaged problem.
