GBS系列气体（动）增压机的特点

1、性能、特点：GBS-02/05RT系列气体增压机是我公司自主研究开发的一种先进增压设备。该设备是利用压缩空气作为动力，对空气、氧气、氮气、氩气、氦气等进行增压，增压比有2：1和5：1两种（即可对被增压介质进行两倍或五倍的增压）。该装置是一个独立的增压单元，串联在被增压管路中。具有增压速度快，使用寿命长，压力稳定，流量大，操作简单，维护方便，使用安全等特点。

2、应用范围：该机特别适用于切割机的气源压力调整，可将所供切割机的气源压力增高并稳定在正常使用的压力上。将其安装在切割机气源进口处即可。该机器还可使用在三坐标测量机、激光打标机、数控加工、氩弧焊接机、二氧化碳保护焊焊接机、啤酒厂包装设备、啤酒厂气控阀门、啤酒厂麦芽充氧设备、气密性试验机等各种高精度气动设备需要增压的场合。

3、GBS系列气体增压机的优点：

1）可用于不同的气体增压对于氮气、氧气、氩气、氦气、二氧化碳气等，该机器将分别采用不同的增压器和特殊的管路、元件，如选用的增压器驱动腔与增压腔之间有隔离腔，可防止被增压气体和压缩空气混合，避免被增压气体遭受污染。

2）压力稳定、脉冲小与传统气体增压器相比，该增压机产生的脉冲小，有稳定的压力输出，且输出压力值可通过附加的减压阀调节至工作场合所允许的压力范围内。
2) Compared with the traditional gas supercharger, the supercharger has smaller pulse and stable pressure output, and the output pressure value can be adjusted to the allowable pressure range of the workplace through the additional pressure reducing valve.
3）噪声低、投入成本低、节约能源与高压空压机系统和高压压缩机比较，该机噪声低、投入成本低，当达到所设定压力时，无额外能量消耗，所以其耗能量小，节约能源。
3) Compared with high-pressure air compressor system and high-pressure compressor, this machine has low noise and low input cost. When it reaches the set pressure, there is no additional energy consumption, so it consumes less energy and saves energy.
4）便于安装、使用。该增压机全气动控制，连接上驱动气入口，被增压气体入口，增压后的气体出口即可工作；调节驱动气源压力即可无级调整被增压气体的压力。
